VERY BERRY


Recipe:

- berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, "cherryberries"- 3 or 4 each)
- some frozen baby spinach leaves
- soy/almond milk
- chia seeds to top


Receita:

- frutos vermelhos (morangos, amoras, mirtilos, cerejas - 3 ou 4 de cada)

- algumas folha de espinafre baby congelado
- leite de soja/amêndoa
- sementes chia para decorar
