One of the many cool things you can do in Lisbon is ride a bike. But it is quite dangerous to ride it in the streets, because many of them weren't designed for bikes, instead for cars only. So here in Belém (more specifically, Avenida Brasília), we have a +5k itinerary free of cars and open to anyone who wants to either walk, jog, run or ride a bike.
It is quite the healthy atmosphere that goes on there. When you get to the place, you'll see everyone in a good mood working out or just enjoying the amazing view we have over the Tagus river, the bridge and its other side.

Today I rented this bike. I could've brought mine but it was just too much work putting it on top of the car, so this BelémBike is a much handier alternative, which is a rent place with not only there's normal sized bikes, but also little and medium ones for the kids and even double seated ones to rent! Alongside with the karts, for a family ride, or individual ones. And so it's so affordable, for half an hour, I only paid €2,50!

Uma das coisas boas de se fazer em Lisboa é andar de bicicleta. Só que o problema é que muitas zonas não estão desenhadas para ciclistas, tornando-se perigoso andar no meio dos carros. Mas aqui em Belém (mais especificamente, na Avenida Brasília), há um itenerário de mais de 5km livre de carros e aberto a qualquer pessoa que queira ou andar, correr ou andar de bicicleta.
É uma atmosfera tão saudável que lá se sente. Quando se chega ao lugar, vê-se toda a gente num bom estado de espírito a fazr exercício ou só a passear e a desfrutar da magnífica vista que temos do rio Tejo, da ponte 25 de Abril e da margem Sul.
Hoje aluguei esta bicicleta. Podia ter trazido a minha, mas dava demasiado trabalho ter de a pôr em cima do carro, por isso esta BelémBike oferece uma alternativa muito melhor. Não só há bicicletas para alugar de tamanho normal, mas também de tamanho pequeno ou médio para as crianças e até de dois lugares (chamada de tandem). Incluindo também os karts para uma família dar um passeio ou uns individuais. E é bastante acessível, por meia hora paguei apenas €2,50!
