É verdade que em Portugal temos tido um dos Outonos mais quentes de sempre. Durante o dia, as temperaturas chegam aos 30ºC! Não é normal e, para dizer a verdade, é bastante irritante. Não me interpretem mal, eu adoro o Verão e climas quentes, mas quando estamos a dois meses do Natal, eu preferia estar a usar camisolas quentes, gorros e botas. É muito a pedir? O planeta Terra está mesmo acabado se isto continua assim.
Com a chegada de Novembro, os nossos armários parecem reorganizarem-se. Eles enchem-se com as peças mais cool das novas estações e decretam que as usemos.
Isso foi basicamente o que me aconteceu no outro dia. Era uma manhã cinzenta nesse dia — mas que eventualmente se tornou naqueles dias de calor invernal — quando um casaco de um fato cinzento e umas botas biker femininas atiraram-se a mim. Estavam, claramente, a obrigar-me a uma mudança de estilo, de um de verão para outro minimal, mas arrojado.
Não ficou bem contra uma parede com anúncios de papel rasgados?
[EN]: It is true that in Portugal we're having the hottest autumn ever. During the day, the temperatures hit 30ºC! It's not normal and, to be honest, quite annoying. Don´t get me wrong, I love Summer and warm weather, but when we're two months away from Christmas, I'd rather be wearing comfy sweaters, beanies and boots. Is that too much to ask? Planet Earth is doomed if this continues.
With the arrival of November, our closets seem to rearrange. They fill themselves with the hottest new items of the season and dictate "wear me today!".
That's pretty much what happened the other day with me. It was a gloomy morning that day — which later turned into a steaming hot day — when a new grey, plaid suit jacket and feminine biker boots threw themselves at me. They were clearly implying a change of looks, from a summery one to a minimal way, yet edgy outfit.
Didn't it look great against some torn out paper ads?
